Marina Theodoris joined Bouklas & Associates in 2022 as an associate of the firm’s Estate Planning group. She came to the firm with extensive experience representing real estate owners and developers in commercial and residential real estate transactions and complex litigation.
At Bouklas & Associates, Marina combines her legal knowledge and experience with practical expertise to help clients protect and transfer wealth seamlessly across generations. Marina also assists clients with long-term care planning—whether at home or in a nursing facility—by creating asset-restructuring strategies that help facilitate eligibility for Medicaid and other government programs.
In addition to her estate planning work, Marina advises business owners on the formation of entities, succession planning, and the efficient transfer of business interests. Her expertise in trusts and estates, real estate, and business law enables her to offer solutions that preserve and grow her clients’ wealth while ensuring long-term sustainability for their businesses.
